

Dr. David S. Weir is the Director of the OEIP at the University of Delaware. Weir holds a doctorate in chemical physics and lectured at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland before a 35-year career with DuPont. He was the founding director of the Delaware Biotechnology Institute.
